EXCLUSIVE: Aaliyah Yasin is one of the UK’s top OnlyFans creators but was left feeling ‘bullied and discriminated against’ after the x-rated website suddenly removed a chunk of her content without warning
One of the UK’s top British Pakistani adult stars has claimed that x-rated site OnlyFans targeted her after 302 pictures and videos of her were removed.
All the content involved in the removal saw her wearing a hijab or other traditional Pakistani cultural attire while performing or posing in pH๏τos.
Aaliyah Yasin – also known as ThatBritishGirl – took to Twitter to express her shock and outrage after a whopping 302 videos featuring her had been taken down by the site with no explanation at the time.
She said that she felt “bullied and discriminated against” after the content was removed without warning.
And despite hearing nothing from the company, the tweets about the incident went viral and the company has since appeared to restore the videos a few days later.
However, her account has now been left in a mess, and she has still not been told why the content was removed.
An OnlyFans spokeswoman told the Daily Star: “All content moderation decisions are made fairly in accordance with our policies and procedures and all creators have a formal right to appeal.”
We have also seen correspondence between Aaliyah and OnlyFans sent in the days after the content was restored – but without tags and seemingly punished monetarily.
They only offered her technical solutions to issues such as tag removal, video content likes being removed – around 9k of them – and an apology for issues caused as a result of the content removal . . . but still no explanation as to why the content was taken down.
Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, Aliyah said: “I’ve lost out on income so for the two days where one of my viral videos was taken down with Sahara Knite.
“I’ve lost income on those because that’s been a highly tipped post and people couldn’t get the video, so they were paying for the video and couldn’t get it because OnlyFans removed it.
“So that’s big reputational damage for me.
“I want to see an official explanation from OnlyFans as to why this happened. Why was I targeted?
“I want reᴀssurance in the future that this won’t come back to bite me on the a** because them restoring my content isn’t then going to pull me up on loads of other violations because they didn’t put the right tags back on or they didn’t put the right thing back in place.
“I don’t want to be a victim again in terms of a little moderator going wild and deciding that they’re going to just remove this person’s content.
“I’m p***ed off at OnlyFans at the fact that they don’t recognize how much of a detriment this has on me.”
Aliyah has around 4k paying subscribers on her page.
The actions of OnlyFans has seen Aliyah lose out financially on content, which she claims would have seen her have 95% of it removed had she not gone public about what was happening.
And it was only when she tweeted the company’s CEO Amrapali Gan about it that the removals suddenly stopped, she claims.
She added: “I run this thing myself – I’m working when I wake up to when I go to bed.
“For them to throw this at me, you can imagine the stress I was under.”
